Our History
The Admirals Bank Home Improvement Lending Division is comprised of dedicated and knowledgeable Business Development Officers with years of lending experience. Since 1987, the Bank has been providing homeowners with financing for home improvements through the FHA Title I Home Improvement Loan Program. This non-equity based loan product allows first time home buyers and existing homeowners to comfortably accomplish their home improvement goals. At an average time of two weeks, our approval process is faster than other lenders that require equity and/or appraisals. As an FHA approved lender, Admirals Bank is a leading national provider of the Title I loan, and consistently funds millions of dollars in home improvements each year.
